Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to be fully accountable for daily operations, maximizing property value and ensuring the team delivers a positive, successful experience for residents.

You will coordinate activities to align with company policies, drive customer service excellence, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws while maintaining accurate financial and occupancy records. The role supports a people-first culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fair Housing principles knowledge and application.
• 2+ years on-site as a Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager; 3 years supervisory experience in a customer-service role may be considered.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and enhance property value.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and online presence to secure strong resident/prospect surveys and reviews.
• Enforce community policies in line with Fair Housing Laws.
• Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit reports (rent rolls, delinquency, move-ins/outs) timely.
• Provide oversight of the team to ensure procedures are followed for efficient workflows.

What You’ll Do

The Property Manager is fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, and ensuring the property team is positive and successful.

Your Day-to-day May Include

• Support the property’s financial goals, manage the asset in the owners’ best interest and in accordance with Company policies.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Consistently enforce policies of the community in conjunction with Fair Housing Laws.
• Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit on timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs, etc.).
• Provide oversight of the team to ensure Company procedures are being followed, resulting in orderly and efficient workflows.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing principles.
• Position requires a minimum of 2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Community Manager; will consider 3 years supervisory experience in a customer-service related business with appropriate certification(s).
• Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The expected compensation range for this position is $75,000– $78,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
