Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, supervise staff, and drive financial and operational results within budget.

You will lead leasing efforts, coordinate with maintenance, ensure policy compliance, and foster resident relations in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.
• Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily physical inspections of the property and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Supervise staff, including work schedules, delegation of duties, and conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire all property staff.
• Ensure AMC policies and procedures are upheld and infractions are reported.
• Meet leasing objectives by applying proper sales techniques, including first-hand leasing.
• Exercise independent judgment to handle and resolve resident requests or concerns.
• Take responsibility for administrative duties including required reporting.
• Implement and maintain a resident retention program (newsletter, referrals, social activities).
• Design and maintain a marketing and advertising concept for staff to implement.
• Ensure property compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, and AMC safety guidelines.
• Investigate and report incidents regarding residents, employees, vendors or others.

We are currently seeking a Property Manager!

Property Managers are Responsible for managing daily operations of the property, including supervising team members and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities Include

• Operate the property within financial guidelines
• Perform daily physical inspections of the property and coordinate with the maintenance team
• Maintain direct supervision of all staff, including work schedules, the delegation of duties, and conflict resolution

• Ensure all AMC policies and procedures are upheld and infractions are properly reported

Compensation: Full-Time $72,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually
