Under general supervision, oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned market-rate and affordable housing communities, ensuring strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and exceptional resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include property operations, maintenance, capital improvements, budgeting, expense control, rent collections, leasing, resident relations, vendor management, inspections, and implementing strategies to maximize occupancy and achieve operational goals.
Experience managing affordable housing communities with PBV, RAD, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs, as well as market-rate properties is required. A strong marketing and leasing background with a proven ability to successfully market affordable housing communities and maintain high occupancy is essential.
