Job summary

Tharp Consulting in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple properties. You will handle tenant relations, maintenance coordination, lease administration, and vendor management.

This full-time position requires 3+ years of property management experience, strong knowledge of relevant laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. Standard hours are Mon–Fri, with some after-hours for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations.

Daily Shift

This is a full-time position, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, occasional evening and weekend work may be required to respond to emergencies or address tenant needs.
