Four Winds Casinos are Equal Opportunity Employers is seeking a Senior Property Manager collaborator to maintain constant contact with department supervisors and ensure efficient casino operations. You’ll communicate with property management regarding guests, employees, and policy adherence while upholding gaming regulations.
The role emphasizes supervision across departments, staff training, and coaching, with flexibility to cover shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Responsible for providing assistance to the Senior Property Manager by maintaining continuous contact with the supervisors from all departments to ensure efficient operations of the casino. Communicate with all property management on all matters related to guests and employees in accordance with established guidelines and property policies, procedures and gaming regulations.

Directly supervises all Supervisors and or Managers in Training on assigned shift; indirectly supervises the activities of all staff on the operational team on a given shift.
May represent Four Winds Management personnel in the absence of other management staff at the Satellite Properties as necessitated by business needs.

College degree preferred or equivalent experience. Supervisory/management experience required. One to two years casino experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills required.
This position requires a Level 2 Gaming License.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to write effective reports and memos. Ability to respond to inquiries from employees or guests. Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one, small group, and large group situations.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent, and to interpret data from graphs.
Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations.
