CAF Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of one apartment community and lead the onsite leasing and maintenance teams. You will ensure resident satisfaction, coordinate maintenance, and drive occupancy and financial performance.

Ideal candidates bring a proven Property Manager track record, strong leadership, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and experience with Entrata or similar software.

Responsabilités

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience with Entrata
• Affordable housing experience (a plus, not required)

• Lifting/Carrying:
• Over 50 lbs: Rare need (less than 1%)
• 10–25 lbs: Occasional need (1% to 33%)
• Under 10 lbs: Frequent need (33% to 100%)
