We are a respected, New England-based property management company, and we’re looking for a dependable and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Swanzey/Keene, NHarea. Salary range is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete daily maintenance work orders across apartment homes.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues.
