We are currently seeking a Groundskeeper - PM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general maintenance and cleanliness of the community's interior and exterior common areas, and may assist with diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintain community grounds, including debris removal, pressure-washing, cleaning, and painting.
2. Keep stair towers and exterior steps safe and clean.
3. Prepare vacant units for occupancy, including cleaning.
4. Inspect building exteriors and lighting; report repairs.
5. Support maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and lighting systems.
6. Adhere to safety and environmental policies.
7. Ensure community appearance meets company standards.
8. Perform groundskeeping duties such as trash removal, blowing debris, and cleaning dumpster areas.
9. Assist with pool maintenance and make-ready units.
10. Complete work orders and support community operations.
11. Remove snow and apply salt as needed.
12. Conduct all business professionally and ethically.
13. Work overtime as required.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0-3 years groundskeeping/maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of basic tools and maintenance processes.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Trade knowledge.
• Customer service experience.
