Job summary

Boji Group in Lansing, MI is seeking a Property Management Coordinator to support leasing and property management across our commercial portfolio. You will be the main contact for tenants, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial property management or related admin roles, is highly organized, proficient with Microsoft Office, and familiar with Yardi or similar software.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial property management, leasing or administrative support.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality with proprietary and other information.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for tenant inquiries, vendor coordination, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate and monitor work orders, ensuring timely resolution and communication with tenants and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for tenants, contractors, and properties across physical, electronic, and database systems.
  • Assist with lease administration, including abstracting lease terms and updating lease management systems.
  • Support leasing activities such as scheduling tours, preparing lease proposals, and assisting with move-ins/move-outs.
  • Collaborate with accounting and construction teams to ensure smooth workflow and accurate billing.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with tenant communications, including notices, newsletters, and event coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and lease terms.
  • Administer parking assignments and terminations for various parking lots.
  • Manage key card assignments, programming and distribution for tenants and contractors.
  • Assist with emergency response training for tenants, fire alarm drills, new tenant onboarding, and ensuring consistency across physical, electronic, and database files
  • Update monthly utility usage spreadsheets for properties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • A valid driver's license is required for travel to properties and meeting locations.
