Job summary

The Dinerstein Companies is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our on-site team to keep rental properties operating smoothly and residents happy. You will work directly with the Service Manager on resident work orders and preventative maintenance, contributing to a culture of quality service throughout the community.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in on-site maintenance, strong customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in on-site maintenance operations.
• Experience delivering customer service as part of a management team.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests and update the property management software.
• Repair or replace in-unit and common area lights, filters, and fixtures.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with moves in/out.
• Help with landscaping, trash removal, and cleaning as needed.
• Identify and correct hazardous property conditions under supervision.
