Job summary

Live AMC is seeking a Maintenance Technician based in Gresham, Oregon, responsible for the upkeep of the property and its grounds. The successful candidate will handle repairs, inventory maintenance, and ensure all tools and equipment are available. An understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and previous property maintenance experience are required.

The position offers a full-time pay range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour and includes benefits such as health coverage, 401K options, and professional development training.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain and keep an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding property or residents.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
