Qualifications

• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
• Two or more years of direct building maintenance experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on rental properties.
• Respond to on-call and emergency situations.
• Conduct thorough inspections and prepare vacant units.
