Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.
• Incumbents need to be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb ladders.
• EPA certification for refrigerant recycling is required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders for service requests.
• Maintains cleanliness and functionality of the property grounds and amenities.
• Completes documentation for service requests.

Skills

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions

Ability to perform physical tasks of standing, walking, and lifting

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
