Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and making repairs per policy, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Complete the 'make-ready' process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and obtaining supplies.
• Track inventory, manage materials, and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Document service requests accurately and timely for proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning and performing minor repairs as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible and use tools correctly.
