Job summary

The Village at Horsepen, operated by Gumenick Management Company LC, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service a multi-family community in Henrico County, VA. You’ll perform general repairs, perform apartment reconditioning, and respond to maintenance requests with safety in mind.

Requirements include at least 1 year in property maintenance, HVAC certification is a plus, and the ability to work full-time Monday–Friday with on-call emergencies. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of property maintenance or equivalent.
• Experience with multi-family housing preferred.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Able to work full-time Monday–Friday, with on-call emergencies.
• Good reading and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and coordinate repairs with supervision.
• Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• Adhere to safety and maintenance standards for equipment and hazardous materials.
• Support property management policies and fair housing guidelines.
