Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience in property maintenance or handyman services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are available.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance with required property uniform.
• Operate within OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Be available for on-call work.
• Secure maintenance shop at the end of each day.
• Remove snow and ice as needed.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours.
