Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is hiring a Service Technician to deliver excellent resident service and maintain indoor and outdoor systems. You’ll handle work orders, routine checks, and hands-on repairs to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home.

Requirements include 1+ year in property maintenance, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills; CPO is preferred. The role includes benefits and compensation details, with emphasis on teamwork and a resident-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of property management maintenance or related trade experience.
• CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exteriors, and appliances.
• Respond to work orders promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness and report items to the Service Manager/Property Manager.
