Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Senior Cooperative team at Estoria Cooperative Oak Marsh in Oakdale, MN. You will perform maintenance of the building and property under supervision, ensuring safety and reliability of systems.

This full-time, day-shift role offers 80 hours every two weeks with no weekend work. You’ll coordinate with outside contractors, maintain logs, and support preventive maintenance programs to keep the property compliant and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• One to three years of maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance duties and documents in logs/checklists.
• Schedules and completes work orders promptly.
• Inspects and repairs building systems and equipment.
• Develops/maintains preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinates projects with outside contractors and tracks timelines.
