Primrose Retirement Communities is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician responsible for the comprehensive upkeep of facilities and grounds across the community. You will manage work orders and perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe, comfortable living spaces for residents.
The role requires a valid driver's license, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to respond to emergencies outside regular hours.
