Job summary

Green Hill Associates Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multi-family affordable housing project in Sutherlin, OR. You will perform unit turns, basic repairs, inspections and grounds maintenance, while adhering to safety standards.

Full-time, 40 hours/week, $20-24/hour DOE. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life and a 401(k) match, paid time off and holidays. Must have 1 year property maintenance experience and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn required mobile apps.
• Own tools and a reliable vehicle.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings and units.
• Assist with scheduling and performing maintenance repairs and unit turns.
• Document progress in the Yardi mobile app and record keeping.
• Conduct daily property walks to identify health and safety issues.
• Maintain general repair, upkeep and cleanliness of the property including grounds.
• Perform additional tasks requested by Site/Regional Manager.
