Job summary

CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent for our Property Apartments in City, NY. The role oversees maintenance operations, leads a team, and ensures a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents and staff.

You will work closely with vendors and service professionals, perform preventive maintenance, and uphold safety standards while supporting resident satisfaction and property integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of full-time maintenance experience.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and household appliances.
• Willingness to perform hands-on tasks and continue professional development.
• Strong communication skills with confidence, positive attitude and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the physical condition of the entire property.
• Lead, supervise, and support the maintenance team.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, team members, vendors, suppliers, and service professionals.
• Diagnose and perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance, including minor and major repairs.
• Manage inventory and maintenance supplies.
• Implement and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols.
