Job summary

Aramark seeks a Property Lead Worker at Badger Pass Ski Area in Yosemite National Park, CA. You will oversee janitorial/porter services and external contracts, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, coordinating repairs, stocking, restrooms, floors, and general custodial tasks across Badger Pass facilities and surroundings. Strong teamwork and communication are essential; bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be physically able to lift, lower, push and pull objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, climb, bend, stoop and crouch for extended periods.
• Must maintain good customer and co-worker relationships in a team environment.
• Must follow oral or written instructions and directions.
• Must communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
• Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish).
• Must supervise others and demonstrate quality customer service and good human relations.
• Special attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections for quality and safety and make necessary corrections.
• Observe and report the need of furniture or other building fixture repairs.
• When necessary, complete custodial work assignments.
• Ensure restrooms, stock and sanitize daily
• Sweep and mop hard surface floors
• Dust horizontal ledges; high dust as needed
• Stock supplies as needed
• Clean all Badger Pass facilities and surrounding areas
• Shovel snow from doorways and windows
• Vacuum carpeted surfaces
• Sanitize surfaces and soil removal from walls, doors, stalls, kick plates, and light switches
• Remove trash and reline cans as needed to ensure cleanliness and prevent odor
• Identify maintenance and safety issues and report them as needed
• Keep supply closets organized and properly stocked
• Maintain the cleanliness of all ceilings, walls, and floors
• Complete all other assigned tasks

Job Description

The Property Lead Worker assists in maintaining or improving cleanliness and quality through inspections at Badger Pass. Oversee the janitorial/porter services and various outside contracted services (i.e.: window washing, landscaping and waste removal) to ensure all standards are met.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $20.05 to $20.05. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
