FOREVER Exteriors is seeking a Property Inspector Trainee to canvass neighborhoods in Wisconsin, identifying homes with roof issues or storm damage. You’ll talk with homeowners, explain roofing concerns and insurance options, generate leads, and schedule FREE inspections.

No climbing ladders or selling—just outreach and qualification. Earn between $50K and $125K with full training provided; you’ll work outdoors in various conditions, and a reliable vehicle is required to travel between

Position: Property Inspector Trainee -

Canvass neighborhoods that are either older or recently storm damaged to identify homes that have either storm damaged roofs or old tired roofs that have problems. Speak to homeowners, educate them about issues with their roof, generate leads, and schedule FREE roofing inspections. No climbing ladders, no selling, just find issues all day, speak to homeowners, and schedule inspections.

Requirements:

• Driven and career oriented
• Comfortable canvassing, working outdoors, and engaging with homeowners
• Motivated, hungry, career oriented, dependable, and eager to succeed
• Must have car/truck
