AmeriSpec Inspection Services - Memphis is seeking a Property Inspector to inspect homes or commercial spaces for potential buyers or sellers, greet customers, and complete thorough walkthroughs and reports. You will build relationships with Real Estate Agents and Brokers, deliver exceptional customer service, and process inspection reports and payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English.
• Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.
• Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes or commercial buildings for potential buyers or sellers.
• Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the home/business.
• Build relationships with Real Estate Agents and Brokers.
• Complete inspection reports and collect payment.
