Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Groundskeeper to help maintain our property and assist with make-readies and general upkeep. Responsibilities include cleaning, light maintenance, appliance handling, and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 100 lbs. while performing daily tasks and emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some experience in groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to assist with after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb stairs on a regular basis.
• This role MAY require a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Keep property, management office and grounds clean by inspecting property each morning.
• Maintain mail rooms: sweep floors, remove dated notices.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways.
• Replace all first-floor window screens upon request.
• Assist with apartment make-readies: trash vacant units, caulk, check appliances.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
• Install, move and hook up appliances.
• Replace air filters in occupied apartments.
• Clean pool area and straighten chairs.
• Perform light painting duties as directed.
• Clean vacant apartments between residents.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician as requested.
