You will perform general tasks, maintain a safe work environment, assist with unit turnover, and monitor property conditions while adhering to Landmark Policies. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Keep the property litter free.
• Assist with unit trash outs.
• Deliver notices.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Understand the needs and expectations of residents and exceed their expectations.
• Develop a sense of community among residents and staff.
• Maintain a positive community environment for residents and associates and encourage participation in events and activities.
• Assist with the property’s turnover (turn).
• Understand, communicate, and enforce community safety, emergency, and fire evacuation policies and procedures, providing emergency response and referral services and resources.
• Document and report behaviors of residents that violate the lease to the Community Manager.
• Inspect the physical condition of the property and report problems to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
