Job summary

Class Valuation is seeking a proactive Property Data Collector to join our Digital Panel as an independent contractor in Yavapai County, AZ. You will perform property data collections and inspections to support appraisals and property completion reports, traveling to borrowers' homes as required.

Ideal candidates have real estate data collection or customer service experience, enjoy solving problems, and can work remotely as a 1099 contractor with flexible assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of real estate, data collection, or photography experience; or 12 months of outstanding customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough property data collections and inspections meeting high standards.
• Ensure compliance with education and training guidelines.
• Build strong communication between Class Valuation and clients.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain turn times and quality.
• Drive continual improvement and innovation in processes.
• Provide top-notch service to clients.
