Job summary

Blew & Associates, PA is seeking field professionals to conduct property condition assessments as part of a subcontractor network. You will work with our staff on projects nationwide in commercial real estate due diligence.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (or related field) and 2+ years of experience in property condition assessments. Travel, Quire experience, and multi-project management are essential; RA/PE and asbestos certifications are a plus.

• Experience using Quire.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

We are looking to build our network of field professionals who specialize in Property Condition Assessments. This will be a subcontractor role, where you will work alongside our full-time staff to conduct various projects across the United States. This is a fantastic opportunity in the commercial real estate due diligence industry.

• Ability to travel to regional job sites to perform field site investigations.
• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in conducting property condition assessments.
• Experience using Quire.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Professional certifications, such as Registered Architect(RA), or Professional Engineer(PE), are beneficial but not required.
• Radon & AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are beneficial but not required.
• Knowledge and experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac scopes of work are beneficial but not required.
• Knowledge and experience with HUD scopes of work are beneficial but not required.
