Job summary

Findlay, OH-based Elevate Claims Solutions seeks an Independent Adjuster to handle residential and commercial property claims. You will work with a diverse panel of carriers, prioritize policyholders, and use Xactimate to prepare damage estimates; flexibility in schedule is expected to meet insureds' needs.

Candidates should have at least three years of property adjusting experience, hold a current Xactimate license, and be capable of working independently across different systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
• Current, active Xactimate license and experience writing estimates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background screen.
• Current, active license where required.
• Equipment and ability to access roofs.

• Prioritize policyholders during their time loss through empathy and understanding.

• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet insureds' and carriers' needs.
