H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Property & Casualty Insurance Associate Attorney for a Miami, Florida role with a hybrid work arrangement.

The ideal candidate will handle sophisticated insurance coverage disputes, including bad-faith matters, in a collaborative environment that values initiative and client service. The candidate should have a JD from a top-tier law school, Florida bar admission in good standing, 3–6 years of coverage litigation experience, and strong research/writing

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented litigator to handle sophisticated insurance coverage disputes, including bad-faith matters, in a collaborative environment that values initiative, teamwork, and exceptional client service.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record and demonstrated writing skills
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing, required.
• 3–6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience
• Substantive experience handling bad-faith insurance matters
• Demonstrated understanding of insurance coverage and bad-faith issues
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated commitment to responsiveness and outstanding client service
• Federal judicial clerkship or state appellate clerkship experience is a plus

• Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $180,000-$195,000, as determined by experience and market factors
