Top Echelon Software, LLC in Miami, FL seeks an Associate Attorney for its Property & Casualty Insurance practice. Hybrid work model and a chance to handle sophisticated insurance coverage disputes, including bad-faith matters, in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have a JD from a top-tier law school, active Florida Bar admission, 3–6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience, and strong writing and client service skills. A federal or state appellate clerkship is a plus.

Candidate Profile

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $180,000-$195,000, as determined by experience and market factors
