The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, Florida bar admission, 3–6 years of relevant experience, and exceptional writing and research skills. Hybrid work arrangement in Miami is offered.

Insurance Coverage Litigation

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its Property & Casualty Insurance practice in Miami, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented litigator to handle sophisticated insurance coverage disputes, including bad-faith matters, in a collaborative environment that values initiative, teamwork, and exceptional client service.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record and demonstrated writing skills
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing, required.

• 3–6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience
• Substantive experience handling bad-faith insurance matters
• Demonstrated understanding of insurance coverage and bad-faith issues
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated commitment to responsiveness and outstanding client service
• Federal judicial clerkship or state appellate clerkship experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $180,000-$195,000, as determined by experience and market factors
