Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC is seeking a Property Care Crew Member to support the daily upkeep of high-end residential and commercial estates, performing pruning, mowing, mulching, planting, and related horticultural tasks.

You will work with a team, follow safety standards, and help maintain property aesthetics across projects; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in landscape maintenance or seasonal color work preferred.
• Knowledge of annuals, perennials, and general plant care preferred.
• Good communication and detail-oriented, with ability to read design plans.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on installation of plant material, containers, soil amendments, and décor.
• Adhere to schedule while maintaining a positive team environment.
• Perform routine maintenance: mulching, watering, planting, deadheading, pruning, trimming, mowing, leaf removal, fertilizing.
• Communicate plant health issues to staff promptly.
• Load and transport tools, materials, and plants to job sites as needed.
• Ensure work is completed safely and to standards; snow/ice removal in winter.
• Other duties as assigned throughout the year.

We collaborate with renowned designers, architects, and artisans to bring visionary projects to life.**Position Overview:** The Property Care Crew Member directly supports the daily activities of Property Care team on OEG client estates, including high end residential and commercial properties. This role will maintain properties to OEG standards by pruning, watering, fertilizing, trimming, edging, mowing, planting and various other horticulture related tasks to enhance client properties.
