Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Property Attendant responsible for keeping all public areas clean and attractive within the unit and representing the area’s offerings to guests with a friendly, positive attitude.

Essential duties include maintaining cleanliness, managing trash and ash urns, and assisting with housekeeping for houseboats and eco-tents. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service abilities and willingness to assist customers and coworkers.
• People oriented with strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Must adhere to company appearance and uniform standards.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong sanitation habits and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay on task independently without constant direction.

Responsibilities

SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the unit. Bend, lift up to 50lbs, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
• Operating company vehicles, including golf carts and gators, to travel throughout the property.
• Reading and writing work-related documents in English.
• Speech recognition and clarity, including the ability to understand the speech of customers and co-workers and the ability to speak clearly so that you can be understood by customers and co-workers in English.
• Physical presence at the job site is essential to perform job duties.
