BXP, Inc. is seeking a financial analyst to manage, audit and analyze all financial matters for an assigned property portfolio. You will serve as the financial expert and primary facilitator of all related activities, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance across the portfolio.

The role covers quarterly closes, client account billing, tax and GAAP statements, variance explanations, and cross-department collaboration to support budgets and forecasts.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in Business Administration or Accounting required.
• 1–3 years accounting experience required; 3–5 years strongly preferred.
• Experience in commercial real estate or related industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage quarterly close process, prepare schedules and audit binders.
• Oversee client accounts and monthly billing per lease terms; investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare quarterly Tax and GAAP financial statements with supporting schedules.
• Present revenue/expense variance explanations with property management.
• Develop financial reports and schedules per lender/third-party requirements.
• Audit Lease Tracking, Rent Roll, and related databases for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Lease Administration, AR/AP, Tax, Finance and Legal departments.
• Prepare depreciation, analyze complex transactions, and support annual budgeting.
