Qualifications

• 2-5 years of property or real estate accounting experience required.
• Prior exposure to senior living properties preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly close process including journal entries and adjustments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain account accuracy.
• Prepare financial packages and conduct variance analysis.
• Oversee tenant billing and collections.
• Process vendor invoices and assist with year-end audits.
