ProPivotal is building a candidate pool for direct hire Property Accountant roles in the Boston market. You go directly onto the employer's payroll as a permanent hire, with transparent pay and a fast process.

If you've spent several years doing property accounting, you'll handle CAM reconciliations, month-end close, variance analysis, and lease abstractions using Yardi or MRI, plus Excel to manage multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on property accounting experience, with knowledge of the close cycle, reconciliations and reporting.
• Solid command of real estate accounting software (Yardi or MRI) and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties or portfolios.

Responsabilités

• CAM reconciliations, month-end close, variance analysis and lease abstractions.
• Manage property portfolios with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reporting for property assets.
