Job summary

CFS is hiring a Property Accountant in Pompano Beach, FL. The role is on-site Monday through Thursday with remote Fridays, offering a hybrid schedule and a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus a bonus.

You will manage month-end close, GL accounting, bank reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis while supporting accounts payable and expense accruals. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Experience with CAM reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and posting accounts payable invoices.
• Managing month-end close for assigned entities, including general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation and balance sheet reconciliation support schedules.
• Performing bank reconciliations and preparing/posting journal entries.
• Recording accruals and conducting balance sheet reviews.
• Analyzing monthly variances against budget and performing trend analysis.
