Responsibilities

• Monthly financial statement preparation
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual schedule preparation
• Monthly owners funding/distribution requests
• Monthly mortgage wires/ACH bank reconciliations
• Strong account analysis
• Assist with annual audits
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• BS degree in accounting preferred
• 3–5+ years of progressive experience
