Job summary

Ingerman Group is seeking a Property Accountant to manage accounting for a portfolio of properties. This role reports to the Property Controller and collaborates with Regional and Property Management to analyze results and drive performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in property accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with Yardi or similar software. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of property accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of Yardi or other property accounting software.
• Understanding of state agency reporting responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Understanding of tenant rent activities, including collections.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
