Job summary

Ferrellgas in Eugene, OR is seeking a dependable Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair propane systems for residential and commercial customers. You’ll be the friendly face customers trust when they need a problem solved fast and done right.

This role requires a High School diploma, 3+ years of related service experience, a clean driving record, and a valid driver’s license; CDL Class B with HazMat/Tanker is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related service or technical experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (preferred).
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, or have authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain propane systems and equipment for residential and commercial customers.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform system testing to ensure safety compliance.
• Safely load, transport, and deliver propane as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and sharing safety and service information.
• Assist with appliance service and deliveries when needed based on customer demand.
