Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking energetic Service Technicians to join our nationwide team, serving customers in Massachusetts. In this role you will install and repair propane tanks for residential and commercial customers, while upholding the highest safety and service standards.

You'll operate a propane service vehicle, perform deliveries when needed, and work 8–12 hour shifts. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, 17 PTO days plus 7 holidays, health coverage, 401(k) with company match, uniforms,

Qualifications

• Valid class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• Acceptable driving record.
• DOT physical, drug test and background check completed.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane service vehicle with lift gate and boom along provided service routes.
• Perform repairs on existing propane tanks for commercial and residential customers.
• Install new propane tanks/systems for commercial and residential customers.
• On an as-needed basis, perform Delivery Representative functions, such as delivering bulk or canister propane.
• Follow all codes, safety policies, and PPE requirements.
• Work 8 to 12-hour shifts.
