Job summary

DCC Propane, LLC seeks a Service Technician to safely install, service and repair propane systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. You will ensure safety compliance and deliver superior service on each visit.

The role involves driving to multiple sites, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with customers. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with training and safety a priority.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Maintain a valid CDL driver's license with appropriate endorsements.
• Knowlege of Federal and State DOT rules and regulations.
• General mechanical abilities.
• Able to work in a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read maps and know the local area.

Responsibilities

• Operate all assigned vehicles per company policies and safety regulations for commercial vehicles.
• Handle delivery schedule with multiple stops per day.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain care and security of equipment and property.
• Submit accurate paperwork to supervisor daily.
• Cross-train in service area to respond to propane/water needs.
• Attend safety meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular attendance at the worksite.
