Job summary

Sapp Bros Careers is seeking a Full Time Propane Service Tech in Omaha. Starting pay is $22–$26/hour with a $400 monthly safety bonus, plus full benefits and PTO. CDL is preferred and Class A/B CDL, tanker/HazMat endorsements are desirable for advancement.

As a Driver / Propane Service Technician, you will install propane lines, set tanks, inspect regulators, and assist with customer service at multiple sites. Growth opportunities and a strong safety culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and hands-on problem solving.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Flexible hours, including seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate fuel trucks and deliver propane, diesel, and gasoline to customers.
• Installations by running underground propane lines and set tanks at customer sites.
• Install and inspect regulators; set pumps at various locations.
• Support service and installation projects and maintain a safe workspace.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate fuel trucks and deliver propane, diesel, and gasoline to customers

• Set gas and diesel pumps at various customer sites
• Support service and installation projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

• Mechanically inclined

Preferred:

• Class A or B CDL
• Tanker and HazMat endorsement
• CETP (Certified Employee Training Program – Propane) training
• Prior experience with propane and/or HVAC
• Prior experience with crane and rigging
