Ferrellgas is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee safety, compliance, and day-to-day operations across multiple Missouri sites, including Kansas City, St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in operations management or related field and at least three years' experience, with Class B CDL hazmat/tanker endorsements and DOT knowledge. A strong commitment to safety and leadership is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or related field.
• At least three years of work-related experience; propane experience preferred.
• Class B CDL license with hazmat and tanker endorsements required.
• Working knowledge of DOT guidelines and regulations.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to manage compliance requirements and multiple locations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performs operational/safety administrative, plant, and vehicle checklists and ensures deficiencies are addressed.
• Tracks safety training and supervises yard and plant facilities with GM guidance.
• Uses risk assessment and trend analysis to identify issues and implement resolutions.
• Performs reseller and hose inspections and ensures compliance.
• Monitors cargo tank and hazmat training; ensures proper training of responsible employees.
• Ensures safety meetings, memos, and bulletins are documented and followed up.
