Job summary

Gojob is hiring forklift drivers for a global logistics warehouse in Joliet, IL. You will operate sit-down propane forklifts to move, count, and stage merchandise safely. This is a temporary to permanent position with weekly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading shipments, inventory control, RF scanning, and ensuring accuracy of orders. Must meet safety standards and be able to work OT, nights, weekends and holidays. Excel and general computer knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of forklift experience with sit-down propane equipment.
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification.
• Stand/walk 10–12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• OT, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excel and basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down propane forklift to move, locate, stack and count merchandise safely.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage and staging areas.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment and ensure correct quantities.
• Perform picking duties to meet customer service standards.
• Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies.
