Qualifications

• CETP certification required within 6 months of hire; NH3 Competent Attendant Training required.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane and install, inspect, and maintain customer tanks and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot propane system issues for residential and agricultural customers.
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours emergencies when needed.

Top Ag Cooperative is looking for a dedicated, safety-minded Propane Driver & Service Technician to join our team in Venedy, IL. In this role, you'll deliver propane and provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential and agricultural propane systems - directly supporting the local farmers and communities we serve.

What You'll Do

• Safely deliver propane and install, inspect, and maintain customer tanks and systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot propane system issues for residential and agricultural customers
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours emergencies when needed
• Accurately complete work orders, tank leases, and billing documentation
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and keep customers informed on safe product handling
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and facilities to high safety and cleanliness standards
• Uphold and promote safety compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company policies)

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Class A or B CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements
• 1+ years of experience in propane, HVAC, or a related service/delivery field preferred
• CETP certification required within 6 months of hire; NH3 Competent Attendant Training required
