Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, the nation’s largest propane distributor, is hiring a Delivery Representative to join our field team. You will deliver propane to residential and commercial customers, operate a propane delivery truck, and uphold safety and customer-service standards.

This role offers daily home time, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for advancement. A valid CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements is required, along with a safe driving record.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements
• Acceptable driving record
• DOT physical, drug test and background check required
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes
• Fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane
• Deliver propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers
• Adhere to all federal and state codes and AmeriGas policies and procedures
• Use required Personal Protective Equipment
• Work 8 to 12-hour shifts when needed
