Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is hiring Delivery Representatives in Buford, GA. You will deliver propane to homes and businesses, operating a propane truck safely and efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards.

Applicants must hold a valid CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements and pass mandatory DOT tests. This onsite role requires outdoor work in all weather conditions and lifting up to 70 lbs. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, 401(k) matching, and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Satisfactory completion of a DOT physical, drug test and background check.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes.
• Fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane.
• Deliver propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers.
• Adhere to all federal/state codes and AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment.
• Work 8 to 12-hour shifts on fluctuating needs.
