Job summary

Superior Plus Propane in North Carolina is seeking a Propane Delivery Driver to safely and timely deliver propane to customers. You will load, unload and deliver propane, maintain a clean vehicle, and use technology to track deliveries and print tickets.

The role emphasizes safety, routine vehicle inspections, and collaboration with dispatch. A CDL A or B, high school diploma, and DOT medical certification are required; Hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred; 1 year delivery experience

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year delivery driver experience preferred.
CDL Class A or B required.
Hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred.
Current DOT medical certification required.

Responsibilities

Transfer, load and deliver propane to customers from bulk truck, tanks and cylinders.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
Use technology to monitor propane inventory, tank levels and generate delivery tickets.
Complete and submit daily driver reports as needed.
Perform pre/post vehicle inspections and site inspections.
Coordinate with Dispatcher for routing and scheduling and report issues promptly.
Overtime may be required when business needs demand.
Other duties as assigned.
